2. Orders and Delivery

  • Services labeled “Instant Delivery” are typically delivered immediately after payment.

  • Custom or subscription-based services may take 24–48 hours, or 1–3 weeks depending on complexity.

  • Once credentials or access to the service are delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance through one of our supported payment methods (Stripe, BKT, Raiffeisen, Paysera).

  • Official invoices are issued for every transaction.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds once the service or platform access has been delivered.

5. Support

  • After project delivery, AppAlbania is not obligated to provide ongoing support unless explicitly included in a paid subscription.

  • We may assist with backups or minor issues as a courtesy.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate contact details (name, surname, email, phone) and required content for service delivery.

  • Clients are responsible for any data entered, uploaded, or used within our platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials developed by AppAlbania remain the property of AppAlbania unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

AppAlbania is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
