Two ways to start
Full service: we install it
We bring a professional Teltonika tracker and a SIM with mobile data, install it hidden inside the vehicle, and maintain it. You just log in. The process is a survey and written offer, installation at a place and time that suits you (usually about an hour per vehicle), and then the vehicles appear on the map right away while we help you set up the first alerts, zones and users. We install in Tirana and other cities across Albania.
- Standard (Teltonika FMC920): live map and history, ignition on and off, alerts and geofences, mileage and engine hours.
- Premium (Teltonika FMC150): everything in Standard plus fuel level from the CAN bus, engine RPM and temperature, doors, hood and trunk, and fuel and theft reports. CAN data depends on the vehicle make and model, which we check before the offer.
Full service has a 12-month contract: a one-time fee for the device and installation, then a monthly fee per vehicle, quoted in writing. History is kept for 12 months. A remote engine-stop relay is available as a one-time add-on; the command is blocked while the vehicle moves faster than 5 km/h, needs confirmation with a password or 2FA code, and every command is logged.
Bring your own GPS: connect it yourself
Already have a tracker? Connect it to our server in a few guided steps, with no technician and no contract. Supported brands include Teltonika, Concox / Jimi IoT, Queclink, Coban, SinoTrack, Ruptela, Meitrack and Suntech; if your model is not listed, send it to us and we will check it.
- Pick the model in the panel and enter the IMEI, which is checked automatically.
- Send the commands: the panel gives you ready SMS commands for your model, with the server, port and your carrier’s APN (One, Vodafone and others).
- See the vehicle: the panel waits for the first message and tells you when the device is live.
You can also use a phone as a tracker: contact us and we will set up an Android phone or iPhone for you.

- Starter: up to 5 devices, €10 per month.
- Fleet: up to 15 devices, €25 per month.

Every plan has the same features: live map, route playback, alerts and geofences, email, WhatsApp and Telegram notifications, PDF and Excel reports, drivers, maintenance and documents, share links for third parties, API and webhooks, and support in Albanian and English. History is kept for 120 days. SMS notifications are the only item billed separately, by usage. Plans are paid by card monthly, can be changed at any time and cancelled at any time; annual billing is available at a discount.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Choose a plan and continue without losing any data. If you do not, devices stop sending data to the panel.
Can I cancel?
The bring-your-own plans can be cancelled at any time. Full service has a 12-month contract.
